Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile General Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across different trades, and taking pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on building systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent future issues
- Assist with small construction, renovation, or improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Qualifications:
Experience in general repair, maintenance, or a combination of trades
Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
