We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within commercial facilities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within commercial facilities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour tasks such as basic repairs inside and outside of a facility.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate with other team members and external contractors as necessary.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay: Overtime pay
